Plant Protection Program

Program Objective

The Plant Protection Program aims to train qualified technical personnel needed in the sector, who develop effective methods in combating plant diseases, pests, and weeds to increase productivity and quality in agricultural production, and who are proficient in environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices. Within the scope of the program, students are taught topics such as integrated pest management, biological control, pesticide use, diagnosis of plant diseases, and plant protection strategies both theoretically and practically.

Students are equipped with modern agricultural techniques, learning biotechnological and organic control methods in agricultural production, and are able to produce solutions in line with sustainable agricultural policies.
